Trip to Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis

Basseterre

Basseterre is the capital of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis in the West Indies. Today, when cruise ships pull into port, passengers see pretty much the same thing, plus the lively town of Basseterre. Founded in 1627 by the French, Basseterre is also one of the oldest towns in the Eastern Caribbean.
